Mr. Naoya Ishikawa is a distinguished global food industry professional with over 30 years of experience dedicated to building international value chains. His extensive career includes leadership roles in logistics at Nippon Express USA, procurement, sales, and production management within the Marubeni Group, private brand development at Germany-based METRO Cash & Carry, and serving as Executive Director of Overseas Business at Green House Foods. He possesses multifaceted expertise built on field-proven experience across every stage of the food business—from logistics and manufacturing to strategic development and executive management.

Since joining the ONODERA Group, he has been instrumental in the strategic growth of its premier brands, "Ginza Onodera" and "Nadaman." He successfully spearheaded the strategic market entry and established the operational foundations for "Ginza Onodera" in North America. As the Head of the Food Business Division for "Nadaman," he orchestrated business transformations that evolved the prestigious brand’s heritage into a forward-looking business model. Currently, Mr. Ishikawa is leading the Group’s top-priority global initiative: the July 2026 franchise expansion into Thailand. Leveraging his superior negotiation skills and deep operational insights, he serves as the pivotal architect elevating Japanese culinary excellence to a global standard.
