Mr. Yeap Swee Chuan, a Malaysian citizen aged 78 years, is the founder of AAPICO Hitech Public Company Limited. He has more than three decades of experience in the automotive industry with strong regional and global networking with international car manufacturers.

Mr. Yeap Swee Chuan has been the President and CEO of AAPICO Group since 1996. The Company’s main businesses started off with the design and manufacture of assembly jigs, stamping dies, and OEM press parts. Later it added plastic, forging, and pick-up chassis frame components to its manufacturing portfolio. The Company has also invested in other businesses associated with the automotive industry including car dealerships and car navigation systems. AAPICO Hitech PCL was listed on the Stock Exchange of Thailand in 2002. The Company has a workforce of approximately 5,000 people with factories in Thailand, Malaysia, China and Portugal, generating annual sales of over Baht 26 billion in 2025.

AAPICO Hitech PLC is comprised of 3 business pillars: the OEM Auto Parts Manufacturing Business, the Car Dealership Business, and the IoT Connectivity & Mobility Business. As of today, the Group comprises 52 subsidiaries and associate companies, of which 32 companies are operating in Thailand and 20 companies are located overseas where are in Malaysia, China, Europe and the USA.
