利用規約

日経フォーラム「アジアの未来」は、株式会社日本経済新聞社（「日経」）が主催します。本フォーラムに参加するには、本利用規約にご同意のうえ、お申し込みください。
本フォーラムは、未成年者の参加をお断りします。未成年の方は、本イベントへの参加申込みを行わないようお願いします。

お申し込み前の視聴テストについて

オンラインでのご視聴に利用されるPCやスマートフォン端末で視聴環境を確認いただけるページをご用意しています。
お申し込みの前に必ず視聴する端末で視聴テストを行ってください。
安定した通信環境の確保、Wi-fiの設定など、視聴環境の設定はご自身で行ってください。
万が一うまくいかない場合は別のブラウザ、PC、スマートフォンなどでもお試しください。

お支払い、領収書について

お支払い方法はEventRegistで利用可能なクレジットカード（VISA、Mastercard、American Express、JCB）、PayPalのみとなります。
その他のクレジットカードや、銀行振込などでのお支払いはできませんので、予めご了承ください。支払いが完了するまでは、お申し込みは完了しません。

領収書が必要な方は、料金お支払い完了後、イベントレジストの「マイチケット」ページの"領収書データ表示"ボタンをクリックして領収書データをダウンロードのうえ印刷してください。

申込完了メール

ご登録データの送信後、ご入力いただいたメールアドレス宛に「申込完了メール」をシステムより自動送信いたします。
24時間以内に「申込完了メール」が届かない場合はメールで事務局までご一報ください。
来場パス付帯のNikkei Asiaご購読については、別途日経からメールでご案内申し上げます。

キャンセルについて

キャンセルはお受けできません。一度お支払いいただいた料金はいかなる理由でもご返金できませんので、予めご了承ください。

変更もしくは中止、セッション開始・終了時刻、登壇者について

本フォーラムは、登壇者・主催者の諸般の事情により、事前の告知なく開催を変更・中止させていただく場合がございます。
中止の場合のみ、お支払いいただいた料金を全額返金し、Nikkei Asiaご購読はキャンセルさせていただきます。
またセッションの開始・終了時刻や登壇者は変更になる場合がありますので、予めご了承ください。

当日のお願い

  • 来場パス、顔写真の付いた公的機関発行の身分証明書（パスポートや運転免許証など）、およびお名刺を受付で確認させていただきます。必ずご持参の上ご来場ください。社員証、学生証ではご入場いただけません。
  • 代理参加はお断りいたします。
  • かばん類を会場内にお持ち込みいただくことはできません。お手回り品はクロークにお預けいただき、受付でお渡しする荷物入れに貴重品など主催者が認めた物のみ入れてご入場いただきます。かばん類および危険物とみなされるものを会場内に持ち込もうとされた場合は入場をお断りさせていただき、万が一お持ち込みされた場合はご退場いただきますのでご了承ください。

視聴URLほか詳細は、2026年6月5日(日本時間）までに別途メールでご案内します。

ご利用にあたっての注意

  • 視聴URLは参加者ご本人のみが利用可能です。再配布、共有、転売、貸与等は禁止です。
  • 視聴環境は予めご自身でご準備・ご調整ください。視聴にかかる設備や通信の費用は参加者でご負担ください。
  • システムトラブル、通信不良などにより画像・音声に乱れが生じる場合がありますが、主催者はその責任を負いません。
  • システムに対する攻撃や不正アクセスが疑われる場合、ライブ配信の進行を妨げる場合など、主催者は予告なくアクセスを切断する場合があります。
  • 本フォーラムにおいて提供する動画、音声および資料等の一切の著作権その他の知的財産権は、主催者、日経グループ、登壇者その他の権利者に帰属します。参加者は、これらをご自身で個人的に視聴いただけますが、その範囲を超えた利用（再利用、複製、第三者への開示、頒布、売却、譲渡、貸与等を含みます。）はできません。したがって、本フォーラムのコンテンツはいずれの部分も、録画・録音、キャプチャー、SNS・ブログ・動画投稿サイトその他ウェブへの掲載はできません。違反を発見した場合、主催者は削除を要請します。違反者は削除に必要な対応を速やかに取るものとします。
  • 主催者は、参加者が本フォーラムを利用したことに関して直接・間接の不利益や損害が生じても、これらについての損害賠償責任は負いません。ただし参加申し込みを受け付けた日経は消費者契約法に従い、当該参加者が被った直接的な損害のうち、主催者の責に帰するものについては、当該参加者が現に利用し、かつ当該損害発生の直接的な原因となった有料サービスに限り、その利用料金を上限として賠償する場合があります。
  • Nikkei Asiaの購読については、Nikkei AsiaのTerms of Useその他の規約類が適用されます。別にお送りするご案内に従って、別途ご登録のうえご利用ください。
  • 主催者は、必要に応じて本フォーラムの運営に関わる業務の全部または一部を、その費用と責任において第三者に委託することがあります。
  • 本フォーラムに関する法律関係は日本法に基づいて解釈し、紛争は東京地方裁判所を第一審の専属的合意管轄裁判所とします。

データ利用について

本フォーラムサイトは主催者の日経が運営します。本フォーラムサイトでは利便性向上、今後の企画制作および改善のため、HTML等のタグや JavaScript、クッキー（Cookie）等の技術を利用した日経の外部事業者が提供するツールを設置しています。本フォーラムサイトにアクセスすることで、当該外部事業者のサーバーにもお客さまのブラウザが自動的にアクセスし、その際、お客さまのブラウザに保存されている当該サーバーのクッキーにより、利用状況等の情報が当該サーバーに送信されます。

クッキーは、お客様にてブラウザから削除できる場合があります。詳細は、お使いのブラウザの「設定」または「ヘルプ」等のメニューからクッキーに関する項目をご覧ください。

ご入力内容に不明な箇所があった場合は、確認のためにメール、お電話でご連絡させていただくことがございます。
ご入力いただいた敬称、名前、性別、生年月日、ご所属先、部署名、役職、Email、電話番号、居住国、本フォーラムをお知りになったきっかけ、過去参加回数、職業・業種等につきましては、日経プライバシーポリシーに従って適切に管理・利用させていただきます。
また、Nikkei Asia ご登録後の個人情報の取り扱いについては、Nikkei AsiaのPrivacy PolicyおよびCookie Policyに従って適切に管理・利用させていただきます。

EUまたは英国、中華人民共和国、米国カリフォルニア州にお住まいのお客さまは、日経プライバシーポリシー第1章（本フォーラムに日経IDで登録する場合）または第2章（本フォーラムに日経IDを使わずに登録する場合）に加えて、第3章もご覧ください。

NIKKEI FORUM “Future of Asia” is hosted by Nikkei Inc. (Nikkei). To register for the forum, please read this page and agree with its terms and conditions.
This forum is not open to minors. If you are a minor, please do not register for the forum.

Test viewing before registration

We have prepared a page so you can check the viewing environment on your PC or smartphone etc.
Please check the viewing environment with the device you will use for viewing the forum online before you register.
Please set the viewing environment, such as a stable internet connection and Wi-Fi setting.

Payment and receipt

You can make your payment only with a credit card accepted by EventRegist (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and JCB) and PayPal. Other credit cards or wire transfers are not available. Your registration comes into effect at the time of payment.

If you need a receipt, please access the "My Ticket" page on EventRegist, then click the "show receipt data" button, download the receipt data and print it out.

Registration confirmation email

After you have completed your registration, the registration confirmation email will be sent to your email address automatically.
If you do not receive the registration confirmation email within 24 hours of your registration, please contact the secretariat by email. You will receive a separate email regarding their Nikkei Asia subscription.

Cancellation policy

Cancellations will not be accepted. No refunds will be given for any reason unless otherwise provided herein.

Changes to the forum program / cancellation of forum events etc.

Please note that the forum is subject to change or cancellation without prior notice due to various reasons of the speakers and organizer. In case of cancellation of the entire forum, we will refund the registration fee, and deactivate the Nikkei Asia subscription for the In-Person purchasers. Sessions start/end time and speakers may also change.

How to attend in-person

  • Please bring your In-Person Pass along with your government-issued photo ID (e.g. passport or driver's license card) to the forum venue. *Employee or Student ID cards are NOT accepted.
  • Attendance by proxy will not be permitted.
  • You cannot bring bags into the forum room. Please leave your personal belongings at the cloakroom and only bring in valuables or items approved by the organizer, using the bag provided at the reception desk. If you intend to bring bags or items considered dangerous into the room, you will be denied entry. If you do bring them in, you will be asked to leave.

How to view online

The URL for the live stream and other details will be sent to you via email by June 5, 2026 JST.

Attention

  • Only registered attendees can use the URL for viewing. Redistribution, sharing, reselling and lending are prohibited.
  • Setting up the viewing environment is the responsibility of the viewer at its own cost. The organizer will not bear costs for viewing equipment or telecommunications.
  • The organizer is not responsible for viewing availability due to system trouble or disruptions in communications systems, etc.
  • If unauthorized access or cyberattack is suspected or the forum is interrupted, the organizer may disconnect access without any notice.
  • The organizer, Nikkei Group companies, presenters and other rights holders own all the intellectual property rights including copyrights of the forum's videos, voices, materials, etc. You can view or listen to them personally by yourself. Any other usage is strictly prohibited, including reuse, recording, capture, sharing with others (such as posting on social media, blogs or other web pages etc.), selling, giving, redistributing, and lending. When a violation is found, the organizer (and/or other rights holder, if any) may request the violator to stop the violation and/or delete the illegally created materials, and the violator will promptly take any action necessary for the requests.
  • The organizer will not take any responsibility or obligation of any kind (direct or indirect, explicit, or implied) for damages resulting from attending the forum. Notwithstanding, Nikkei may accept liability for compensating damages directly caused by the responsibility of the organizer in accordance with the Japanese Consumer Contract Act, up to the amount of the paid fee for the actually used service that directly caused the damage.
  • Subscription to the Nikkei Asia shall be subject to Nikkei Asia's Terms of Use and other terms and conditions applicable. Please sign up separately in accordance with the separate information from us.
  • The organizer may use outside service providers for services in relation to the operation of this forum at their own cost and responsibility.
  • Matters concerning this forum will be interpreted in accordance with Japanese law, and in the case of disputes, the Tokyo District Court will be the exclusive agreement jurisdictional court of the first instance.

Use of data

Nikkei operates the forum website as the organizer. The website uses some third-party tools such as HTML tags etc., JavaScript for convenience, future planning, and improvements. Browsing the website follows automatic access to such third-party servers, and each third party will obtain your access data etc. using cookies sent from each third-party server to your browser. You may be able to refuse cookies by adjusting your browser settings. Refer to the "cookie" section within the "help" menu of the browser you use for further details.

Handling of personal information

You may be contacted by email or telephone for clarification of your registered information.

Nikkei collects personal information on the registration form such as but not limited to salutation, name, gender, date of birth, company/organization, section position, email address, country/region of residence, the number of participation in past and "How did you hear about the forum?"

Your personal information will be appropriately managed and used in accordance with the Nikkei Privacy Policy. In addition, regarding the handling of personal information registered with Nikkei Asia, please refer to Privacy and Cookie Policies of Nikkei Asia, under which your information will also be appropriately managed and used.

If you are a resident of the EU, the United Kingdom, the People’s Republic of China, or the State of California in the United States, please refer to Chapter 1 (For Nikkei ID Users), Chapter 2 (For Non-Nikkei ID Users), and Chapter 3 of the Nikkei Privacy Policy. Nikkei will handle your personal data in compliance with applicable laws, based on your consent, legitimate business purposes, contractual necessity, and/or legal obligations.
