To participate in NIKKEI FORUM “Global Management Dialogue”, you must register the required information via “EventHub,” the online ticketing system provided by EventHub, Inc., and apply after agreeing to EventHub’s Terms of Service and Privacy Policy as well as these Terms of Use.
EventHub and Nikkei Inc. (Nikkei) will collect your registration information and will manage and use such information appropriately in accordance with their respective terms of service and privacy policies.

Payment and Receipts
Payment for paid passes (Premium Pass, In-Person Pass, and Digital Pass) can only be made by credit cards via EventHub. Accepted cards are VISA, Mastercard, American Express, JCB, Diners Club, Discover.
Please note that we do not accept other credit cards or bank transfers.
Information on how to obtain a receipt will be provided in the registration confirmation email.
Registration Confirmation Email
After you have completed your registration, a registration confirmation email will be sent automatically to your email address.
If you do not receive the registration confirmation email within 24 hours of registering, please contact the secretariat by email.
You will receive a separate email from Nikkei regarding the Nikkei Asia subscription included as a benefit of your Paid Pass (Premium Pass, In-Person Pass, and Digital Pass).
Cancellations
NO CANCELLATION OR REFUND WILL BE MADE FOR REASONS ATTRIBUTABLE TO THE PARTICIPANT. ALL FEES PAID ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.
Changes to the Forum Program / Cancellation of Forum Events, etc.
Please note that the forum is subject to change or cancellation without prior notice due to various reasons of the speakers and organizer.
In case of cancellation of the entire forum, we will refund the registration fee, and deactivate the Nikkei Asia subscription for the purchasers of paid passes (Premium Pass, In-Person Pass, and Digital Pass).
Please note that the benefits included with the paid passes are subject to change without prior notice.

Premium Pass

This pass is limited to 20 recipients and will be offered by lottery.
If there are a large number of applicants, a fair lottery will be conducted, and all applicants will be notified of the results by email by Monday, October 26, 2026.
- Payment After Winning the Lottery

Winners must pay the fee in accordance with the payment method and deadline specified in the winning notification. If payment is not confirmed by the deadline, the winning entry will be invalidated.
Networking Feature
This forum may provide a networking feature on EventHub to promote interaction among participants. Participants who use the networking feature are deemed to have agreed to the following terms.
- When using the networking feature, the participant’s registered name, company name, department, job title, country of residence, profile information, photo, and any other information the participant has chosen to make public may be displayed to other participants.
- Participants may receive messages or meeting requests from other participants. Participants may also send messages or meeting requests to other participants.
- Information about other participants obtained through the networking features shall be used solely for the purpose of interaction and information exchange within this forum. Participants shall not provide such information to third parties, reprint it, reproduce it, compile it into a directory, use it as a sales list, or use it in any other manner that deviates from the purpose of this forum.
- Participants shall not engage in disruptive behavior, defamation, harassment, inappropriate solicitation, spamming, or any other conduct deemed inappropriate by the organizer toward other participants.
- Nikkei is not obligated to monitor participants’ use of this feature and assumes no responsibility for any communications, business negotiations, transactions, disputes, or any other relationships arising between participants.
- Nikkei may, without prior notice, restrict or suspend a participant’s use of the networking feature if the participant violates these Terms of Use or if Nikkei deems it necessary for the operation of this forum.
How to View Online
The URL for the live stream and other details will be sent to you via email by November 6, 2026 JST.
Attention
- The viewing URL is for the registered participant's use only. Redistribution, sharing, reselling and lending are prohibited.
- Participants are responsible for preparing and configuring their own viewing environment. Nikkei will not bear costs for viewing equipment or telecommunications.
- The organizers are not responsible for viewing availability due to system trouble or disruptions in communications systems, etc.
- If unauthorized access or cyberattack is suspected or the forum is interrupted, the organizer may disconnect access without any notice.
- The organizer, Nikkei Group companies, speakers and other rights holders own all the intellectual property rights including copyrights of the forum's videos, voices, materials, etc. You can view or listen to them personally by yourself. Any other usage is strictly prohibited, including reuse, recording, capture, disclosure to third parties (such as posting on social media, blogs or other web pages etc.), selling, giving, redistributing, and lending. When a violation is found, Nikkei (and/or other rights holder, if any) may request the violator to stop the violation and/or delete the illegally created materials, and the violator will promptly take any action necessary for the requests.
- The organizers will not take any responsibility or obligation of any kind (direct or indirect, explicit, or implied) for damages resulting from attending the forum. Notwithstanding, Nikkei may accept liability for compensating damages directly caused by the responsibility of the organizer in accordance with the Japanese Consumer Contract Act, up to the amount of the paid fee for the actually used service that directly caused the damage.
- Nikkei may use outside service providers for services in relation to the operation of this forum at their own cost and responsibility.
Governing Law
Matters concerning this forum will be interpreted in accordance with Japanese law.
Dispute Resolution (Arbitration)
ALL DISPUTES, CONTROVERSIES OR DIFFERENCES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THIS FORUM SHALL BE FINALLY SETTLED BY ARBITRATION IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE COMMERCIAL ARBITRATION RULES OF THE JAPAN COMMERCIAL ARBITRATION ASSOCIATION. THE PLACE OF THE ARBITRATION SHALL BE TOKYO, JAPAN.
THE ARBITRAL PROCEEDINGS SHALL BE CONDUCTED IN JAPANESE.
