Ichiro Hara

Ichiro Hara is Managing Director of Keidanren (Japan Business Federation). In this role, he is responsible for foreign economic relations. During almost forty years of professional experience with Keidanren, he was also involved in administrative and industrial affairs. Under the Koizumi administration, he was seconded to the Cabinet Office to deal with regulatory reform. He joined Keidanren in 1986 after graduating from Sophia University.
