Lives and works in Bengaluru, the center of IT and technology, known as the Silicon Valley of India.

Engaged in growth support for startups at Deloitte Tohmatsu Group. At the time, he was the youngest department head. In 2019, he founded Tech Japan to open new possibilities for Japanese companies with the Power of India. They have independently partnered with the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), India's premier education institution, to develop the only recruiting platform utilized on campus. Currently, the company operates the largest IIT talent database, with one in three of the IIT graduation year students with whom it collaborates registered. Leading the Japan-India technology innovation field from a single point of view, from formulating organizational strategies using data, building talent recruitment & development teams, providing operational support to enable talent to flourish, to supporting the establishment of a Global Capability Center (GCC) in India.
