Prantik is the President of TiE Singapore, a not for profit organization that fosters entrepreneurship and is one of the largest global networks of founders, investors and corporate leaders. Prantik is a serial entrepreneur & venture investor and acts as a digital transformation catalyst in organizations to drive sustainable change and impact.

After pursuing a major in Computer Engineering & a minor in Technopreneurship from the National University of Singapore (NUS), he kick-started his career with the Singapore government (Enterprise Singapore) to drive international trade promotion for the island state.

He started his entrepreneurial journey as the Co-Founder of Happy Marketer, where he spent a decade building & scaling up one of the best and most awarded independent digital marketing services firm in the region that served international brands like Standard Chartered Bank, Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf, Starbucks, Ping An, Grab, Shopee, Royal Brunei Airlines, Kimberly Clark, Singtel, and INSEAD amongst many of its prestigious clients.

In 2015, he was recognized as one of the Top 50 Most Influential Marketers in the World. In February 2019, he had a successful exit when Happy Marketer was sold to an American digital enterprise called Merkle, which is part of Dentsu International, the largest Japanese advertising conglomerate. He is an active angel, advisor & venture investor through organizations like Jungle Ventures, Quest Ventures, Rebel Fund, TiE Singapore and is an Entrepreneur-In-Resident at INSEAD.

He is a sports lover and believes that sports can be an ideal vehicle for nation-building and help provide opportunities for people to forge bonds and succeed in life. As the Co-Founder of RevSportz, he travels for international sporting events like the Olympics, Paralympics and World Cups to write and report about various dimensions of the sport.

He is also a regular columnist for various business publications in Asia on all things digital transformation, entrepreneurship, sports and marketing. As part of his desire to make a meaningful impact to his home country India, Prantik actively contributes to philanthropic institutions in the country such as The/Nudge, Olympic Gold Quest and The AkshayaPatraFoundation.

Outside of work, he enjoys his cricket and weight-training sessions at the gym and loves spending time with his 8-year old boy.
