Born in 1970. Withdrawal after completing credits of Graduate School of Commerce of Doshisha University. PhD (Economics) from Osaka City University. After working as a full-time lecturer at Fukuoka University's Faculty of Commerce, an associate professor at Osaka City University's Faculty of Economics, and an associate professor at Kobe University's Research Institute for Economics and Business Administration, Dr. Sato assumed his current position. He specializes in development economics and development study of contemporary Indian economy.
