Mari Yamamuro is the General Manager of Finance and also leads the Risk and Compliance department at ADICA, the Australian subsidiary of Aioi Nissay Dowa Insurance. She is responsible for financial reporting, enterprise risk management, and regulatory compliance.

With over 20 years of experience in the insurance industry, Mari has extensive experience in financial risk management and corporate governance. She holds a Bachelor of Economics and has played a key role in aligning finance and compliance strategies, particularly in response to evolving APRA standards and international regulatory expectations.

Having spent part of her childhood and teenage years in Europe and the United States, Mari developed an early appreciation for cultural diversity. These formative experiences continue to shape her inclusive approach to leadership and decision-making in a global business environment.
