Career:

• Graduated from Nihon University, Faculty of Commerce, Department of Business Administration.
• Worked as a Jungle Cruise captain at Tokyo Disney Resort, participated in a working holiday program in Australia, and served as an exclusive gym trainer for a foreign securities company at Roppongi Hills before becoming the general manager of Shirouma-so, a family-run inn at Shinshu Hakuba Happo Onsen.

Achievements:

• 2012: Under his management, Shirouma-so was awarded the World’s Best Ski Resort at the World Luxury Hotel Awards.
• 2016: Named the World's Best Hotel General Manager at the Luxury Travel Guide Awards.
• 2018: Recognized as a Grand Finalist for Best Hotelier at the Worldwide Hospitality Awards.
• 2022: Became the youngest-ever Mayor of Hakuba Village at the age of 47.
