Yoshiko Suematsu joined Fujitsu Ltd in 2006 and has leveraged her expertise to shape and implement comprehensive global HR strategies, driving forward the company's objectives and fostering a culture of innovation and excellence at the headquarters. She had led various global projects, to implement standardized levelling, talent management and performance management system, ensuring effective alignment of HR practices with the company's strategic goals.
In 2023, she embraced a new challenge by relocating to Australia, where she assumed the role of Chief of Staff for the Fujitsu APAC CEO and Japan Liaison Head. In this capacity, she has continued to apply her extensive HR knowledge and leadership skills to support the CEO's vision, enhance regional collaboration, and strengthen the ties between the APAC region and Japan.
On a personal note, Yoshiko is a mother of two daughters, who inspire and motivate her every day. Balancing her professional and personal life has been a rewarding journey, and she is committed to contributing to Fujitsu’s success while nurturing her family's growth and well-being.
