Hideaki Yoshimura

Japan Country Director, Quantum Brilliance Japan

Hideaki leads Quantum Brilliance’s Japan operations, spearheading customer engagements in automotive, defense, and telecommunications for quantum sensing and computing, as well as establishing strategic partnerships with diamond suppliers, universities, semiconductor manufacturers, and investors.

He specializes in Japan–Australia strategic partnerships and business development, leveraging long-established relationships across the Japanese and Australian markets, built over years as Japan Country Director for numerous Australian startups.

Hideaki is an Australian-born Japanese national who moved to Tokyo and worked in Investment Banking such as Morgan Stanley and Nomura Securities. He subsequently established his own advisory company, Global Value Partners, to support Australian startups entering the Japanese market.

Hideaki earned a BA and Graduate Diploma in Business Systems from Monash University and an MBA from Melbourne Business School.
