Kyoko Sasahara is Executive Advisor to the President at Mitsuuroko Group Holdings Co., Ltd., where she leads cross-border strategic business development and global partnerships, with a particular focus on Australia. Prior to joining Mitsuuroko, Kyoko spent over a decade at Newcrest Mining, serving as Head of Global Sales and Marketing, where she led Newcrest’s global sales and marketing function, with responsibility for worldwide sales strategy, market development and strategic growth initiatives, including market assessments supporting M&A. Earlier in her career, she held a range of commercial roles in the metals and mining business at Mitsubishi Corporation.

Based in Melbourne, Kyoko brings extensive international leadership experience spanning Japan and Australia and offers a unique perspective on cross-border business, strategic investment and corporate growth across the Asia-Pacific region. She is a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
