She has successfully managed multi-million dollar portfolios, consistently achieving impressive financial results.

Louise led an end-to-end cross-functional team at Telstra Group Limited, managing the Partner Channel, also engaged with the Telstra Board to execute a significant restructure of the Channel, resulting in streamlined operations and focused growth strategies.

Previously, Louise led a multi-year margin improvement program across Telstra's Network Application Services (NAS) business, delivering substantial EBITDA margin improvements and revenue assurance. She has also held leadership roles in product and services marketing, business services, and customer delivery, consistently driving growth and enhancing market performance.
