He took over his family business when he was nineteen years old and became a representative of Ohyama Blow Industry (current name: Iris Ohyama).
He built eight plants in Japan, and then established local subsidiaries in the United States (1992), China (1996), the Netherlands (1998) and in other countries to expand their business by promoting local production and sale.
He has changed a local company into a global enterprise.
